Plasmatreater AS400实验室系统为开发纳米涂层和功能性表面提供了独特的工艺条件。

进行等离子体聚合操作时，首先将可聚合的单体材料（聚合前体）加入专门的储罐中，聚合前体通过蒸发单元后与精确计量的载气相混合，然后到达喷嘴出口。质量流量计和控制器的结合使用，可以确保最精确的流量计量。通常情况下，可使用压缩空气或氮气作为电离气体（工艺气体）、也可根据需要使用其它气体。

Plasmatreat goes virtual and is present at the 2nd Virtual Battery Exhibition from VDMA battery manufacturing, which will take place online from April 27 to May 3.
